Cameron Sibly – Tenor


Cameron is a young, emerging performer from Hobart. He is a current member of Opera Scholars Australia, and has performed as a chorus member with the Melbourne Opera Company since 2013. He has sung in ‘Fidelio’, ‘La Traviata’, ‘Rienzi’, ‘Madama Butterfly’, ‘The Pearl Fishers’, and most recently, ‘Der Freischutz’. Cameron studies under the tutelage of Roger Howell, a student of Maestro Fernando Bandera, who for thirty years was Vocal Advisor to La Scala in Milan. Before opera, Cameron began his performing arts career in college musical productions and The Old Nick Company in Hobart. Outside of performing, Cameron is studying for his Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
